Little Acorn Marketing

In today’s hyper-connected world, marketing is an absolute must for any business looking to grow their market share. But the problem is, most business owners lack the time and knowledge to focus on these regular marketing activities, so they let opportunities pass them by.

As a bit of a marketing whizz kid, let me be the first to hold my hands up and admit – marketing can be hard, especially when you’re running a business at the same time. Keeping on top of everything you’re supposed to be doing, making sure all of your posts are being scheduled, all of the right connections are being made and keeping your marketing plan up to date is a full-time job in itself.

But as marketing is one of the main drivers behind gaining new customers, it needs to be done, and done properly. Without marketing your business in some way, you will only see limited success, and at Little Acorn Marketing I really want your business to succeed. So if you’re struggling to get your marketing going, I want to help.

Karen Livingston

Hi! My name is Karen Livingstone, and I’m the brains behind Little Acorn Marketing. I started the business back in 2010 as a way to do something I loved and escape the shackles of the corporate world. I had been working in corporate marketing for most of my adult life – and I was good at it too. But right around the time I become a European marketing manager I took a break to have my kids, and afterwards I didn’t really want to go back.

I’d been doing some freelance work for a small PR company during that time, marketing events and even going on sales pitches, when it occurred to me that this was something other small business owners needed. Someone with a marketing background who could come in and run their marketing for them, leaving them free to focus on the things they loved about their business.

You can find out more about me and my thoughts about various marketing things by visiting my LinkedIn profile.
