Navigating Time Management

A Neurodivergent Perspective

How does neurodiversity fit into our understanding of effective time management?

There are many useful ideas around about how to use your time more effectively at work, but does it cater to our diverse brains? In this talk, Jess will be exploring the concept of neurodiversity and how common time management tips can be used and adapted to the needs of individual brains.

She will be explaining how executive dysfunction can create a barrier to prioritising, organising and delivering tasks, and what tips and tricks members of the neurodivergent community have to mitigate these challenges and work to their strengths.  As we increase our awareness of this neurodiverse world, we will be more able to adapt to different ways of working and thinking.
